1997

Words of Life Begun by supporting one church planter to work in Kracheh Province.

1998

First translation staff hired to fill a need in lack of materials in the Khmer Language.

1999

Development of a mobile Bible School using modular training begun through a partnership with International Christian Mission and other churches.

2000

Published first 14 books for a systematic training program for church leaders. 175 pastors attend first leadership training seminars.

2001

Modular leadership training program exceeds 1,000 student nationwide.

2002

Words of Life begins sending trainers to Bethany School of Missions (Singapore) for training and advanced graduate education. Leadership training program exceeds 2,000 students nationwide.

2003

Poline and Steve complete MA degrees in Singapore and begin the concept of Antioch Institute which combines modular training in many locations and a residential ministry-based education. Modular Training exceeds 3,000 students nationwide with more than 700 graduating with Certificate or Diploma in leadership.

2004

Antioch Institute legally formed and accreditation process begun. Antioch Institute become the first Bible School to offer courses on a Bachelor degree level in Cambodia. 27 Students make of the first year class which requires students to remain full-time in church ministry to attend the school. Modular training approaches 4,000 students nationwide. More than 100 leadership and Christian training books have been published by Words of Life Ministries.

2005

A new translation of the Khmer Bible utilizing a extensive group of translators, scholars and missionaries from numerous church groups, denominations and Christian ministries is begun in Phnom Penh with Words of Life facilitating and support provided by the Asia Bible Society.

2006

Currently there are more than twenty staff working in the main office in Phnom Penh and approximately ten people working in Kracheh province doing church planting, development and operting a children's home.  Pastors and churches are also supported in Takeo province and Bantey Meanchey province.
